One of the ways we offer employees encouragement and guidance for serving our special residents is through Radiance, the MorningStar Senior Living’s Service Excellence program.  Radiance and it principles is a purposeful way to advance our mission and is taught to all of our new team members and is reiterated every day at our Stand-up.  The program celebrates an attitude of selflessness that comes from a deep and sincere place.      

For a short background on MorningStar of Fort Collins’ senior community, we newly opened a year ago and are situated across from the Collindale Golf Course and Warren Lake.  Banks, hospitals, shopping malls, churches, grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby.  Our senior community consists of 55 private suites specifically designed for assisted living and offers spacious studio, one bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans.  In addition we have another 23 suites in our Reflections Neighborhood devoted to the personalized care of those with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related diseases.  Contact us to learn more about our wonderful community.
