At MorningStar of Billing’s independent living and assisted living community, we are lucky to have Stacie Kautzman serve as our Executive Director. Stacie has been with Billings for over six years as well as brought with her years of experience in senior living. She says it is a honor to serve the residents of MorningStar and loves being in a position where she can give back to our elders who have given us so much through their lives. She also feels fortunate to be in a job she loves and wants everyone who comes to our community “to feel the joy we have each and every day in being together.”

Another key member of our leadership team is Sean Pearson who acts as our Director of Community Relations. He has a simple rule by which he leads his life: “To do everything as if in the ‘light of day.’ ” To him this means that he would never do something or say anything that he would not say in the bright light of day. Sean explains, “I govern my actions as if my grandmother was looking over my shoulder, and I would not want to embarrass her.”
