At MorningStar at Bear Creek, we feel privileged to serve those who are suffering from Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia and strive each day to find ways to elevate and celebrate their lives.  We accomplished this through the efforts of an extraordinary team of individuals with a felt calling to serve who are gratified to hear our residents’ families tell us how pleased they are to have their loved ones in our care. 

As one family member of a former resident writes, “A family member was a resident of MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek before his recent death, and he was very happy there. As happy as he could be in his condition. He enjoyed the music, the bus rides, and other activities. He enjoyed being able to sit in the courtyard, and go where he wanted to within reason. There is a feeling of openness about the place, unlike so many other facilities where there is a small, ward-like atmosphere. I appreciate the very caring staff, the good food, and the way they were so kind and respectful to him.”

Another family member of a resident explains that she has been very satisfied with MorningStar at Bear Creek and so has her family member.  She goes on to say “The physical location is kept very clean, and the maintenance person always seems to be walking the area looking it over. The decor is nice, and the units are kept clean. The social activities programs are great. There are outings, and flower arranging classes, and music programs. The people who run the facility seem willing to make changes when that improves things for the residents.”

Another resident’s daughter wrote, “This facility is absolutely beautiful and well run. The management team works well together and supports one another for the good of everyone. The food is delicious and there is always something fun going on! My mom absolutely loves calling Bear Creek her home!”  She finishes by exclaiming, “This is definitely the best memory care facility in town!”
